Leading the rollout and creation of New businesses with particular focus on the sales, operations, vendor partnerships and operations teams. Rajan has worked as a Director and was responsible for several divisions within the Spexo Group .Some of the New Business Projects in the pipeline are : Edviro Labs, Ergo Networks, Applica Press, Sagacity, BackTeam, Aviata Club, Dollarpet Diet & Moocology.

Prior to joining Alok has been working very actively into the renewable sector.

Dr. Misra brings in his 30 years of post qualification experience in the field of water resource conservation & Management, Environmental management, Clean development mechanism, environmental impact assessment, technology development and application.
Dr. Misra has developed, tested and practised the innovative techniques for the conservation of water resources in the country, which are exemplary and being practised in lake and river conservation programmes till date. Dr.Misra has 165 research papers to his credit and also has wide range of experience in project formulation, monitoring and implementation of technologies.
